This balsamic vinegar is an Italian and aromatic vinegar made of concentrated grape must. The vinegar has a rich consistency and a sweeter taste than other vinegars. The balsamic vinegar is perfect as a salad dressing, flavour enhancer in sauces or reduced if you want to use it as a syrup for desserts or cheese. The vinegar comes in a beautiful glass bottle which fits right in among your oils and favourite spices from Nicolas Vahé.
